Luxurious resort in the Austrian Alps

The Alpen Chalets are located in a very calm area of Zell am See – Zellermoos. Absolutely unbeatable facilities in the area are:

• 800 m near to the cable car to Schmittenhohe,
• 400 m close to the shopping centres and shops,
• 200 m to the restaurant which is a part of a small airport designated for sightseeing flights,
• 1 km away from the suites there is a beautiful golf course,
• 4 km new thermal spa facilities,
• 12 km Kitzsteinhorn glacier,
• A bus stop next to the chalets
• A cycling trail in a close proximity

It is possible to describe the Alpine Chalets as two two-floor chalets with accommodation in suites; with separate entrances into the first and the second floor. The chalets with a total capacity of 30 beds were reconstructed in 2008 and 2010, and are characterized by a wide variety of accommodation (a possibility to accommodate up to 8 persons in a suite, as well as a possibility to accommodate only 2 persons).

Arrangement of the first chalet – house No. 1:

• On the first floor there are two 4-bedded suites (A1 a A2) Each of them contains a separate bedroom, a living room with a folding double bed, a separate equipped kitchenette, a bathroom (WC, washbasin, shower, hairdryer), TV set, and a terrace. These suites are suitable for 4 persons, and also they provide comfortable accommodation for 2 persons only.
• On the second floor there is a spacious suite (A3) containing four 2-bedded bedrooms, an equipped kitchen with a large dining area and an LCD TV, 2 bathrooms containing the same equipment as the ones on the first floor, and two balconies. This suite is suitable up to 8 persons.

Arrangement of the second chalet – house No. 2:

• On the first floor there are three 2-bedded bedrooms, an equipped kitchen with a spacious dining area and an LCD TV, 2 bathrooms (WC, washbasin, shower, hairdryer), sauna (a fee of €1 per 15 minutes), and two terraces. It offers comfortable accommodation up to 6 persons. (B1)
• On the second floor there are four 2-bedded bedrooms, a separate equipped kitchen and a dining room with a TV set. 2 bathrooms containing the same equipment as the ones on the first floor, and two balconies. This suite offers pleasant accommodation up to 8 persons. (B2)

In all suites there is the possibility of internet connection (Wi-Fi). For accommodated guests there is a spacious parking area available to park your car right by the houses, as well as a ski storage room for storing winter equipment with modern electric ski shoe dryers. In summer months this area serves as a bike storage room, and for storing other sports equipment.
